Re: Funcionario tax

Have you declared this income as exempt income? You don’t directly get taxed on it but potentially it will affect your tax bill if you have other taxable income such as UK pensions.

Re: Income Tax & Pension

I have no idea why he would want your IBI reference number as it is not relevant. You may need the catastral number as that has to be entered when you give the details of your habitual residence on the tax declaration. If you have submitted a declaration previously that will be on the form already. ...

Not all town halls have this facility and you may need to go in person.

When you go to the town hall to get your new padrón for your new address, they should do it for you.

HP cartridges, real or copies are never cheap. Go for a canon printer as cheap compatibles are readily available. I have a Canon 7250 and can buy cartridges for less than €1 each

Re: Brexit and Travel

Although they should not have stamped it, I don't think it really matters. They are not supposed to stamp residents passports, but if the situation arises that you subsequently get stopped for overstaying and show your TIE they would not stamp it with the dreaded "overstay" stamp.

Re: Income Tax & Pension

That depends. I pay no tax in Spain due to the low income allowance. That is because I also have private pensions in the form of annuities and only pay tax on 28% of that income and it is not counted towards the low income allowance. It all depends on your personal income situation and for me it is ...

We replaced our units two years ago after 16 years of use and no services at all. The guy who installed the new units said they were in perfect condition. All they usually do is clean the filters which you can do yourself. Save yourself some money and just clean the filters. Call the engineers when ...
