Loss of some Spanish TV Channels

This morning some of my Spanish TV channels have gone eg Antena3, GOL, MAX, etc. I've had this happen before with my older Samsun Smart TV now the same with my LG Smart TV. I use a standard TV aerial, all the cabling is OK, I've re-scanned the programme tunings still no luck.

Any Ideas?

Re: Easyjet

I think it's too late to claim a refund since I'd already accepted the re-schedule voucher. I believe in claiming a refund you need to phone EasyJet in the UK. Phoning - not a good option for me, recently, I was charged 20€ by Movistar for a call to the UK from my landline phone, I was calling the D...

Re: Getting to airport

Pamela1 - Thanks, I hope so.

Benal Pirate - No I'm on the 16.50 to Liverpool with Ryanair. I opted for a voucher for my cancelled EasyJet flight to Liverpool and was looking to use it mid January to do a similar journey for the same purpose but there seems to be no flights until February.

Re: Getting to airport

Just an update to my previous post. Our flight to the UK on 18th November with Ryanair was cancelled. I have re-scheduled free and brought the flight forward to 15th which was one of their options, so far the flight is still on. My brother and his wife who live in the Alpujarras returned from their ...

Re: Getting to airport

I need to fly to the UK in 16 days time to relieve my sister of caring duties for my very ill mother, how I am supposed to prove the reason for my journey, should I be stopped by Guardia Civil en-route, I don't know. I will be leaving my residence in Granada province and passing through Cordoba prov...

Re: Easyjet

Benal Pirate - Thanks for the info but as you gather things are changing daily in the UK with Covid regulations. My my brother recently travelled to Manchester Airport from Liverpool Lime Street, that was fine, he was meeting his mother-in-law (85yrs who lives live Sale) and accompanying her on an E...

Re: UK Mobile WiFi - Question

Patricia - I think Lobster’s about mobile phones with calls to and from UK and Spain. I was after a standalone router device with a SIM card and unlimited data use, this would enable me to work from the UK using a tablet/laptop. Olive - Our gripe is the amount Movistar charge us for a dismal service...

Bogus Gas Inspectors - Again!!!

They are at it again in the Antequera area says the local news rag. Beware!!! We were conned many years ago to the by the same conmen to tune of €280, our neighbours €690, they look official in logoed uniform, full colour paperwork and use a credit card reader to instantly take payment. They use sca...

Re: UK Mobile WiFi - Question

Update - I was in the UK for over 2 weeks, whilst there I attempted to register with 3Mobile WiFi using my Spanish info (address, mobile phone, landline etc) the online form wasn’t having it, I needed a UK address, a UK mobile phone number and they also needed to do credit check for the UK address e...

Re: Radio Fusion Inicia

Olive - Sorry I hadn't replied sooner, been in the UK since 8 Sept got only back yesterday. We signed up to Movistar Fusion Radio service about 2 years ago after our previous supplier Iberbanda folded in. We went in person to a Movistar shop on the coast, we thought it would be easier to communicate...

Re: Movistar mobile number to check balance

Update my last post I visited a Movistar shop, explained the problem the staff member called the 'cancellation department' after being cut off a number of times she eventually got through and had the PlayUp900907110 number blocked by Movistar online payments, we'll be reimbursed the money. Unbelieva...

Thanks to all replies and advice  We've since discovered that '3 Mobile' do a month contract with next working day delivery for the plugin router (£39 for the plugin device and £25 the 4G per month unlimited data). I'll keep you posted on how it went. Olive - difficult time to have any fami...

UK Mobile WiFi - Question

Not really sure which topic this request should go under. We need to visit the UK in a weeks time to be nearby to my 89yr old mam who’s hospitalised after a bad fall, we’ll be staying at mams house during our time there, she has no internet facility whatsoever so in view of this we’d like to arrange...

Re: Movistar mobile number to check balance

Just noticed this post and thought I'd check my balance online which I rarely ever do. I am with Movistar Fusion Radio (ideal for campo living, no fibre) - wireless internet, landline and two mobiles. My bill is around 55€ per month however when I checked the online balance it appears that since Feb...

Re: Flying to the UK Question

I just read on the Gov website that if you're staying for less than 14 days then you just need to isolate for the duration of the stay.

Cheers

Flying to the UK Question

I need to book a flight asap to the UK (family illness - not Covid). I haven't time to read all the existing posts to find an answer to my question, if there is one. Do I have to stay in the UK for 14 days before I can get a return flight? Admin please feel free to delete the thread once I reply to ...

Re: What should I do next?

Cheers guys Yes it looks like I've been scammed and many other people too. I thought it was too good to be true, 100€ inc delivery for a sofa bed, sometimes genuine items are sold off (end of line, over stock) at ridiculous prices never thought of researching the company first. OK 100€ i...

Their contact number is (+34) 800 80 83 96 on calling this it immediately without ringing goes to a recorded message stating that I should email them using ...
