Re: Helicopteras Sanitarios, aka usurers & loan sharks.

Unless you need an urgent home call out that is still expensive. This week I had the misfortune to have to see a doctor, I got an appointment the same morning with an English doctor in a clinic in San Pedro and the charge was 60 euros, treatment, care and advice was excellent, consultation wasn´t hu...

Re: Moving house, Telefonica

Hi! Thansk for the replies! Keeping my number isn´t too much of a problem as I don´t tend to use the landline much ... but the internet and my Skype I do very much so. Well it doesn´t sound too much trauma to get reconnected ... I´ll get in touch with them and explain when I am moving! Thanks very m...

If I can´t keep my number I am not too worried but would rather not wait weeks and weeks to be connected up again. If anyone has any tips on the quickest way to get Telef...

Re: Are things SO bad?

I don't want an argument here and I am not being difficult, I really am not. But I can honestly tell you unless the situation has changed dramatically in the last 5 weeks such violence is NOT automatically reported to the police. I can't say and would prefer not to say any more on the matter and may...

I am not really commenting on the rights, wrongs, pros or cons for photocopied documents but as I work in a shop I would like to add that when paying in our store with a credit/debit card we do not accept photocopies even if stamped, shrunk or in any other format, we have to see the original before ...
