What happened here is I bought bike and then needed transfer, I bought/paid private so all ok.
I do understand they need address but just want this done easy.

You should not register on the padrón if you are a non-resident because it could come back to bite you. Insist that the gestor dealing with the transfer uses the escritura and utility bills instead. Could I have done this without?
I am confused as at this time I do not want be tax resident in Spain.

He said the optimal viewing distance for tv is diagonal X 4 which i found interesting.
This is approx distance in my house but i always thought my tv too small.

When you book a flight, you are not charged fees if you use a Debit Card but are if you use a CC. So I think it is lawful to charge on CCs.
