I have found Endesa notoriously difficult to speak to as well - although they promise to have English speaking operators, they seldom seem to have them available when we ring. We had more luck getting a friend to translate our emails to them into Spanish and got Spanish replies back that way!

Sorry just one more question: did you have to cancel everything with Endesa, or did Iberdrola do all the transferring over for you? I don't trust Endesa to actually do the transferring properly!
Also, were their any hardware implications at the house in transferring over suppliers?
