Re: Easyjet

i agree with all of the above. I think my sister's thinking was that obviously she would not travel for perhaps many months. Should she risk rescheduling for months away at the guaranteed present price of £55 which she paid many months ago. Or take the £55 and take her chances that it won't have ris...

Re: Easyjet

Recieved email from Easyjet saying they are many staff short, self-isolating. They are overwhelmed right now and apologise. That customers are assured that they will get round to replying to everyone. That they will be offering rescheduled flights, vouchers or reimbursement. my sister reckons that s...

These airines know that in the end they will have to pay the money. They are arguing the case with Civil Aviation that Covid 19 was out of their hands. A waiting game. The supermarkets are more than overwhelmed with million more people than normal going online. They are desperately trying to recruit...

Re: Customer service

There is an EU service similar to consumer advice in UK. Cannot remember what it is called. Apparently it is little used as little known about, hmm. But it must be on some .gov or EU website

You do not have to leave your enquiries to your 'lawyer'. Take someone who speaks Spanish to both town halls and find out what is really happening re title Deeds, bills etc. Find out for yourself why past lawyers have been unsuccessful. The Dutch seller needs to sort his house out. That is a whole l...

Last time I was over a couple of weeks ago I got my potencia upgraded to 4.4 as it kept going of if even two things were on at same time. I took my latest bill into leccy place. Was advised that no point in upgrading to top (dearest tariff) if I don't need it. So was advised to go to 4.4 and see how...
