Most computer programs are only available in Spanish. I don't know about games for those devices but it may well be the same situation. I buy a few of these, from time to time. And, similar to DVDs, you need to make sure they're multi-lingual. Some are, Some aren't. As for availability, there are a...

i´d get it set up in the uk and then take the box / card to spain. if you try and set it up in spain they will block it i think Yeh, But be careful. Under the terms of your Sky+ subscription - If taken in the UK - is that you keep it plugged into a phone line. If they do the checks, and it's not, T...

Best of luck, you'll be surprised at the number of users already registered with Skype. Yeh, I've been registered with it for a while, But have traditionally had problems, as I'm on a Satellite Internet link. But the QoS issues have subsided considerably, recently, So I've started to use it. So, th...

Neh, Not something that tends to be very prevalent in Spain! Funnily enough, I get out to Eastern Europe (Romania, Czech Rep), and they seem to have more WiFi there than here!!
Mind you, in many ways they're more technologically advanced!

Query for Skype users

Does any have any experiences of using Skype with the Dual-Phone? Can it be used for Skype calls, WITHOUT being plugged into a Landline socket?

Bongtrees is correct - this is what you do: Log in , goto My account - Profile- Account Information - Language Preferences,.
Change from Español to US English
Is that on Paypal? As those menu sequences don't even appear on ebay's account pages!

No that is incorrect, you can go to your account and change the language to English Nope. There's nowhere in My Account>Preferences>Notification Preferences where you can change the language! If I use ebay.co.uk as the "portal" for want of a better word, I have the site and the pages in English. Bu...

Yeh, the same as with ebay. As soon as you use a Spanish address, you're stuck with the Spanish language! I took this up with ebay (Paypal being an ebay company), and was told there's nothing I or they can do about it! They have no plans to offer multiple language option to users. Only those applica...

Some friends of ours recently moved out here, & are considering buying a dishwasher. However, they say there's a likelyhood of them returning to the UK in the next 6 months. They'd like to know whether a Dishwasher purchased here, would work back in Blighty?

Not legal for posting in the UK, only to the UK (etc.) from Gib. Spanish Stamps, for posting to the UK aren't t...

Even though we´vfe been here for nearly two years, we´ve never visited. Can anybody point me in the right direction, as to the best way to rectify this. I´d like to go by car. Is it easy?
