Just been invited to a party at No. 10. No need for a vaccine passport there.

Re: New PCR ruling.

Oh, and the latest is that wales and scotland are trying to persuade Bojo to make it 8 days quarantining and day 2 and day 8 PCR tests. We're no longer risking it so have cancelled our trip to spain. Tried to reschedule our flights to march with Ryanair but cost of transfer was £90 each. The march f...

Re: What fruit trees to plant?

Surplus of avocados? Make Guacamole - freezes to perfection, but maybe leave out the chopped tomatoes if in the recipe. And yes you can have a surplus. We picked over 200 from our one mature specimen!

Re: spth

When we did it in September it allowed us to get the qr code 3 days before disembarkation from the ferry. Don’t know if that was a concession for ferry travelers as the crossing alone was 30 hours!

i do remember the daft little devil as a youngster saying he'll "stay in Stevenage". Hmmm. until the first £20M rolled in in and a pussycat doll dug her talons in. Then off like a rat in a sewer to Monaco where they have an endless range of tasteless fashion that appeal to him and his acco...

Unripe chillies

I obviously sowed my chillie seed too late and only a few have turned red. The majority are a pale green/yellow colour. Can they be used? This is in the uk so I doubt they will get any riper!

Re: car hire

My booking for car hire in December has the following: Please note that if you do not have an EU driving licence you will need to bring an international driving licence along with your original licence to rent the car. Well I still have the euro sign on my licence but will OK (the hire company) dema...

Re: Bringing personal items into Spain

They are bound to disagree. You and your family spend nine months a year in Spain, and despite your markets and contacts being in the uk you presumably conduct your work and communications from Spain nine months of the year, and the majority of your expenditure and socializing is in Spain. All prova...

No need for digital signatures. Simply fill in the forms, print off and send to your bank instructing them to pay and including your bank details on the modelo.

N26 now no longer any good for Brits since Brexit. I’ll take a look at openbank but it seems most online offerings don’t allow non residents.

Re: Non Resident bank accounts

Endesa don’t seem to like the Belgium IBAN (BE) that wise use.

So are there any non resident accounts that are fee free. A poster on another board suggested Cajamar but I don’t know them.
