I just wanted to say I really enjoyed reading this thread, but probably will not enjoy what I have coming up! I've been here almost two years and I've just had to set up a virtual machine with Windows and Internet Explorer in order to do the certificado digital. Really makes me think it's about time...

Hey all, Yes it's a legal rental, and yes, we did inform the landlords. The landlords were the ones who told us which fumigators to go with, and I have the receipt of course to prove that. The flat was uninhabitable though. So were I to say "well, I'm not paying", I would then have had nowhere to li...
