Re: Big black bees?

Please don´t be afraid. They are honey bees and won´t sting. We have them here all the time and all they want is pollen from your plants. If they go inside, then it´s a mistake so something must be attracting them or they are disorientated. I´m alergic to wasps so I know the problems with these crit...

Re: Cancelling Ya.com Internet

A very similar thing happend to us. We cancelled last September and received no formal notification from Ya.com. We also cancelled our Direct Debit with the bank. We then received a bill, which we paid because we assumed we were paying a month in arrears so, therefore we owed it. They then sent us a...

Re: just got the electric bill delivered...im shocked!

We are with Endesa and our November bill had an ´atencion el cliente´box at the bottom left hand corner informing us that we would now be billed monthly. Friends of ours had a letter, so it´s obviously a consistent way of informing people. We have had our first monthly, estimated, bill already so it...

Is there a ceiling before you have to pay wealth tax? We are not wealthy people, have one small house, no other property either here or in the UK and live on earnings and my UK pension.

Try Killpaff plug-ins, they work a treat, even with the windows and doors open. We even use them outside when we're eating and never get bitten.

You could tell her to try http://www.luzhomes.com They do rentals as well as sales in the Cadiz area and it is run by a lovely couple, Maria and Roy, they are really helpful. I think that rentals are dealt with by Karen. Anyway, your cousin can look at their website.

We're now on dog number 3, one sadly no longer with us, and cat number one.

I am so sorry that it didn't work out for Otis, but you did your best and, at least, he didn't die on the streets.

We have 2 econoheaters, 1 in the bedroom and 1 in the dining room. Our bedroom is quite large and it does take the chill off the room before going to bed and if you leave it on all night then you wake up to a lovely ambient temperature. We have ours on a timer so I don't forget to turn it off.

We have our boiler serviced once a year and the last time the engineer came we told him we'd used agua fuerte. He gasped and told us not to, so we won't do that again. Something to do with the strength of the mixture I think.

We use Frontline spray for our 2 dogs and 1 cat. The amount used depends on the weight of the animal. The spray lasts for ages so is economical.
