As we all know, buying a house in spain requires a 30% or so downpayment/deposit/fees.. On a 100k house that is 33k in the bank. We have been told that our bank can not lend the deposit - i asked about a personal loan to cover the fees, and a mortgage. They agreed the mortgage, no problem, but refus...

it should of tripped the breaker as soon as the cable started melting.. that got a tad warm in there... i hope they dont try and blame the pool man :eek:

methinks the tricky bit will be trying to co-ordinate when TH is open for padron appplication and when the Unicaja bank is open to pay 2 euros ... currently bank is only open 3 days a week for 3 hours ... see what happens tomorrow with my first attempt! last time that i had to pay, i gave it direct...

Amazing isnt it. Free tests in gibralter but not in spain.

Funny, i mean, the airport is the size of a mercadona, where will they hold the 200+ people where they can safely distance while waiting on results ? :lol:

You only get time added if it expired during tje state of alarm.

Now of course we are not in the state of alarm, and any cars that expired during that time should of been done already.

A key from nothing or a copy of the old key?

Does it have a blade and seperate fob? If you have the fob, a copy key for those is 50€.

Theres a big difference in carrying one in the campo / forest when walking in a group, to someone carrying one down calle larios in their back pocket. I´m sure you´ll be fine Lavanda, the guardia do have some comman sense.. sometimes ...

I'd assume that you are using the new key fob that came with the new set of locks ?

We have loads of cars that do this, but normally locking / unlocking sorts it out - could be the key not being seen by the inmobilisor ?

I buy loratadina from the chemist. I used to get it much, much cheaper from pharmacyfirst (uk based website) where you can buy 12x30 for around 12 pounds.. But they cant send to europe post brexit.
