The latest fire in mijas ended up being in alhaurin as well. My dad has ash all over the garden. From my house in cartama it looked very scary.
Thanks for the app. We called 112 and were on hold for 10 minutes before someone answered

Re: Exploring around, from Villaluenga del Rosario

Theres probably a lidl / aldi / mercadona / carrefour nearby. Theres bound to be smaller shops that just do one ...

Also what is the annual tax for the average car, are larger cars taxed like engine size/ommisions. used to be as in last year, i´ve scrapped the megane and bought a new car now. It has always been around €50 for the last 20 years that I had...

Re: More pests this year?
Could it be a result of covid ? People were indoors for months, so there was less food waste at restaurants. The rats and cats and dogs and foxes moved towards houses instead of city centres, deer and normally solitary animals were seen by the rivers in towns etc.. Could it be that people have more ...

You can buy a spray bottle (not an aerosol) in carrefour or norauto for 3.50 - spray onto a small sponge or cloth and rub it on. Any oil works too, wd40 etc, and some people heat bumpers to restore the black We get tyre shine in 20L bottles in work, that stuff is good too. If the car is in the sun i...

Re: Mercadona cat food
As well as that, the tinned food has gone from 32c to 50c a tin. Not unreasonable, but when you need to buy 20 tins at a time, that's a difference of 3.60 euro more. Doesn't sound like it would break the bank, but that's just one item. Shopping is definitely more expensive now. I wouldn't be surpris...
