Re: TIE

Glad to hear you got it sorted out  A couple of people I know are having to go to Malaga city as there just doesn't seem to be anything available locally in Velez Malaga. Yes I was thinking that is what I will have to do. I wonder why they are in such short supply in Velez. Cannot be any w...

Re: Writing English Will in Spain

I do not have a solicitor in the UK which is why I was going to use BritishWill.com, however it seems I do not need to and only need to make a will in Spain with correct wording.

Thanks anyway.

Re: TIA

Try clearing your browser cache and history or using another browser. I know that you must do this after each application when using a digital signature otherwise the details of the same person keep on coming up. Just closing the browser isn't sufficient. This should not be an issue if you are not ...

Re: TIA

Hi, Maybe someone has a way of getting round it but If it were me, I would start again and let those 12 cents go. At least, your mistake made realize that I am not the only one that makes those types of mistakes. I can't I have tried that. The first thing I did, but it doesnt let you do that. All y...

Re: Writing English Will in Spain

Disposing of Spanish assets under a UK will is expensive and time consuming. If you have assets in both countries you should have both Spanish and UK wills. The Spanish will should include the fact that your assets will be distributed according to your personal law in the country of your nationalit...

Re: Writing English Will in Spain

Do you have assets in the UK? If you only have assets in Spain best to have a Spanish wii otherwise a lengthy process. Avoid all those will writing sites in UK. If complicated best to get an international lawyer. Yes I do have assets in the UK. I own a property there. So would I need a UK will as w...

Re: Writing English Will in Spain

Have been told by the company that the law in Brussels allows the British will to deal with all Spanish assets. *I have attached information (please read as you may find interesting) on the Brussels IV clause, which would most definitely be included in your British Will, basically it is a legislativ...

Re: Writing English Will in Spain

So just bringing this up again. I have been told by BritishWill.com that I only need to have one will and that I can have a UK will which will cover both Spain and the UK.

But I feel it would be best to have a Spanish will as well as a British Will.

Any advice on this!

Re: Get your food from the UK soon.

I know I can get Heinz beans in Mercadona but Branston are my favourite, although we don't eat them very often. I like the Quorn products (cannot eat anything with soya in it). Even some veggie products are quite processed so I tend to make most things from scratch if I can so I can control what go...

Re: Get your food from the UK soon.

Yes Patrica there are some awful things going on. I have read the cattle at sea story. The least we can do is to ensure animals have a decent life however short. The UK is banning the export of live animals this year despite protests from the NFU. I know that is great news and they are also banning...

Re: Get your food from the UK soon.

It is best that they are not born at all. Some of these animals are kept in dire conditions, pigs in crates who cannot move, chickens so large their little legs cannot carry them. Calfs taken from their mothers and kept in tiny sheds until they are killed. Long distance traveling, with weeks at sea ...

Re: Get your food from the UK soon.

Well done to that  also tofu in curry. You do not notice the difference as it absorbs the taste of the curry. Pigs lead a terrible live, it is up to human beings to change that. It does take will power and a caring attitude to innocent animals.

Re: Get your food from the UK soon.

Perhaps you do better if you only wanted vegan like Patricia! Sid Well it would help the planet as well as the poor animals which die in the process. People need reminding that we are in this mess because of the way we treat animals and take away their habitat as well as their ability to feed thems...
