Re: Enrique's account deactivated !
Problem is if a member's password is compromised, and access is gained and the email address is changed by the hacker, then the real member contacts us from a different email, how do we know who is the 'real' member? Understood. But there needs to be a way for the genuine member to get a quick reso...

Re: First actual problem re:Brexit
We got email from Investec today: As you know, the UK has left the European Union (EU). When the transition period ends on 31 December 2020, we will be significantly affected in the way we do business with our clients like you who are resident in the EU. Having carefully considered what this means f...

Re: I have been expecting something like this: Amazon UK
I still use them for some things that are significantly cheaper than ES and that still occurs now and again. I use them more these days for searching for a product, copying the ASIN reference number and running it through ES, NL, DE, FR, and even IT. UK Marketplace sellers will be avoided come 01/01...

I have been expecting something like this: Amazon UK
As you have placed an order on Amazon.co.uk and selected an EU delivery address in the past, we wanted to let you know that from 1 January 2021, when the Brexit transition period ends, you’ll see some changes when you shop on Amazon.co.uk and select an EU delivery address. These changes could inclu...

Re: First actual problem re:Brexit

Re: Curfew?
The 11 pm curfew is set to be moved to midnight as hospitality business owners in several provinces have requested.
It looks as though the Andalucía border will be closed for the All Saints weekend (this weekend).

Re: Curfew?
From Sur in English. Interesting that no apparent travel related exemptions are mentioned. According to the regulations published in the BOE (official state gazette) on Sunday evening, the general public can only go out during the seven hours of curfew for the following reasons: a) To buy medication...

Re: Curfew?
Is the national curfew announced today effective immediately? No. From N332: "Effective from when State of Alarm comes into effect (some point in next few days, we will keep you updated)". Thanks. Confusion as usual. I have just seen El Pais in English which states: Spanish Prime Minister...

Re: Residencia appointment
Thanks. I followed the 'New' route and completed it this morning. I have the receipt. I wasn't sure which docs they wanted so I attached passport, NIE and green form. Fingers crossed that's all they want.

Oh, then perhaps I am looking at the wrong form. I'll go back and have another look. This is the screen I was looking at: https://www.dropbox.com/s/aokn2lkdiz3ghc8/Screenshot%20%2832%29.jpg?dl=0 EDIT: That form above is for renewals. Thank you Beachcomber. My green form does not have an expiry date but the "Fecha de caducidad" box is mandatory. Any ideas what should be entered there in that case?
