Just another point.seems very risky taking your child 13 out of the uk education system at such an important time in there education.Unless you are prepared to pay for an english scoool in spain.I bet they arent cheap.

Good afternoon. We have an owner that refuses to pay the community fees. We have a person moving in and renting. We have a communal swimming pool. My only advice would be if you are going to camp. Only take stuff that you can afford to loose. If you get stopped by the Guardia civil they may only take the tent. Good luck.

Regarding the 800 euro. Can you not just set up a monthly transfer from say currencies direct etc. We use banco Sabadell and take advantage of there account with no bank charges as we are non resident. Once you become resident the bank charges stops I think You will be spending money every month so ...
