Re: Roots in deposito

We had roots in our well, and over the past two decades had them removed on three separate occasions by our local contractor lowering himself some 20m down there. He cut the offending roots and cleared them out of the well, and added weedkiller to the remaining stubs, and blow torched any remaining ...

Re: BROADBAND

Hi

Very interested in this option, but when I tried to get into the Teamviewer website, both Firefox and Edge deny access because they say the website is not secure? How do we progress in these circumstances please?

Thanks in advance

Re: Travel to the UK

I'm confused - which I know is not unusual, but I'm still confused.....

Some posters seem to be saying that a completed Spanish Travel Form is needed for flights from Spain to the UK? Is that correct please? I cannot find that requirement on the FCO website......

Re: East of Seville - travel account

Thanks for that Olive - very interesting...... Next time you are in the area, you might like to consider visiting the towns of Marchena and La Puebla de Cazalla, which is where we are. Both are working agricultural towns, with La Puebla of course famed for it's Flamenco and it's week of such events ...

Re: Malaga Airport Arrivals from UK

Getting back to the OP question, we normally use Sevilla airport, but have to pick-up family from Malaga airport in the near future, and would be very grateful for advice..... Are you allowed to wait in the usual Arrivals Hall, or is this discouraged? Or outside the Arrivals Hall? Would it be best t...

Re: Malaga Airport Arrivals from UK

We arrived at SVQ on Wednesday 8 July and had completed online the Spanish Health Travel form online, and had received our QR codes prior to travel.... But on arrival the QR code reader was not working, so we had to complete the papers forms there and then - chaos unsued, and completed forms were no...

Morning All We use Santander, and they charge €3pcm for our joint current account. They have a good network of branches in our area, and have a dedicated English speaking helpline if needed, although it is rarely needed because the staff in our local branches are always keen to help. Their mobile an...

Re: Holding an AGM via Zoom?

Hi All

Maybe the law is different in Spain, but I have already attended two AGM's for UK Charities by Zoom - not a problem, all very efficient, and a much greater attendance at both meetings than would otherwise been the case - even in the 'old normal'......

Re: ITV Documents

Both our cars are registered in Sevilla province, which is where our house is located, and so guess that is why we are primarily offered ITV venues local to us. We book our cita as soon as they come online for our expiry date, which is usually six weeks in advance...... This time we were offered an ...
