Re: Shopping

I wonder who will be willing to buy clothes from a rail that may have had many handlers and been tried on ? I have not given it much thought but will need to buy clothes soon esp. if I cannot go back to UK where I normally spend the summer and where my light dresses and cropped trousers are :-(

Re: Flying

I am booked on an internal flight Sevilla to Barcelona for a concert at the end of June. No way the concert will go ahead as the group are Italian and its a big venue. It has not been cancelled officially as yet. The airline has already offered vouchers but flight is not cancelled. I am not sure I w...

Re: Pool Solar Cover

Many moons ago my late husband bought one from Deep Blue Pools, Alhaurin el Grande. It was Australian, came with a 10 year guarantee. I have no recollection of the price. It was the type with a roller shown on their home page.

Re: Ryanair landings

I have used them for years, they fly to and from where I want. I have had a few "heavy" landings in all the years. I remember a heavy thud landing after a long time circling then what seems like a vertical drop going into Edinburgh. Don't like either part of that experience. Part and parcel of flyin...

Re: Burning Eucalyptus

Many years ago when I had my wood burner it was recommended if you wanted to burn eucalyptus then first make sure your chimney is clean and complete. Season the logs for a minimum of 2 years then hope ! Basically our log man was not in favour of it at all.
