Yes, the local scrap yard will take the car away for nothing. You do need to have the local tax paid up to date, this is to de register the car with traffico. The school term starts round 10th September, however, to enroll you have to go to the school in person as you have to supply a lot of paper work. If you Google this I'm sure you will find details of the paperwork required. Possibly Residencia, NIE numbers, birth certificates of the children.

Don't expect it's related but we, and many others on the coast have bad internet at the moment, it's off and on and very slow, told it's problem with a mast in Malaga. We are all with different suppliers.

We always use ECP they are at the end of the runway near the cargo area. very good service, never had a problem, and very reasonable prices. they have a web site.

solar system house without electricity

Thinking of buying a finca where there isn't electricity and not likely to be. Does anyone know if there is a solar system available to supply the required electricity, also needed to run the pool pump etc. Any help greatly appreciated.

Anyone live near here ? We are viewing a camp house with 4,000 sq m land, is there a minimum requirement fo this type of house, don' t want to buy anything not legal. It's not a new house. Has the Mayor in Monda been involved in anything a 'bit dodgy' like most of the other Mayors .....

If he is not coming to Spain to sign the documents you will need a power of attorny, in Spanish !!!! there maybe some costs involved in the transfer of his half share. There is a lawyer called Belegal.com gives free info from the website.
