The dog must adhere to Spanish law, i.e be microchipped, vacanated, kept on a lead and the owner must remove any mess the dog may make, not to use the communal ga...

Re: Selling Car without ITV

Thanks for all your info, I finally decided to send the car to the scrapyard in Malaga, they collected it and are paying for the 'certificate of descruction' I can then de register with the town hall to stop the anual car tax. No charge to myself, at least I don't have the worry of the best way to d...

Selling Car without ITV

I have a buyer for my car which has an out of date ITV. The purchaser is willing to ITV the car and pay for the transfer, however the transfer cannot be done without an ITV. Until this is done I need some sort of sales document to obsolve me of anything the potential owner may do ie drive without in...

Living Inland

We are thinking of moving Inland, possibly the Ronda, Monda, Guaro or Antequira area. Intend to purchase a property with as much land as possible. We have heard many stories of not being welcome by the local Spanish community, of people falling out with their Spanish neighbours, dogs being shot, dog...

Re: Valuations

The reason prices vary so much is some people want to sell and get out, so will drop the price to sell. Others just think their property is worth the same as they paid for it. There are many bargains to be had at the moment but a lot of searching is required. I think todays prices are about correct,...

Re: In-patient care.

Recently had experience at the CDS Hospital, close relative. I found that yes the family did spend a lot of time at the hospital, quite often if the patient is really ill they stay overnight in the room, they have a resonably comfortable chair. The rooms are 2 beds with a bathroom. However the impre...

I think the 250 quoted is the norm here, my daughter had a 50cc scooter a few years ago and she used to pay 350, try Axa.
