Just go to the office with a copy of an old bill, I don't know where you live but most towns have an office.

employment law

My daughter is 4 months into a 6 month work contract, however she is beeing treated really badly at work and would like to leave, how much notice does she have to give. She actually gets paid weekly though her contract states it is paid monthly. No mention of time of notice is in her contract.

I believe you can put a notice in a car for sale as long as it is parked where you live or at the address where the care is registered.

Re: How to scrap a car

Had a problem before with the itv, it passed first time but the emissions were highish, in fact the guy did it twice then it was OK. drivers side window sticking. nothing else really just needs a tidy up, I didn't bother as I bought another car.

Dog Wanted Medium to large

We are looking for a medium to large dog eg labrador, labrador or german shepherd mix etc must be male as we already have a small female dog. We can offer a loving home with lots of walks. Maybe someone returning to the UK and can't take their pet. Not a puppy.

In the corner next to Aki two large shops are being converted into one, anyone know what is going to be there? Could it be a Morrisons or Tesco.

Re: End of an Era.

I have heard on the grapevine that the staff have worked for six or so months without being paid, and that they have had a 'lock in' at the hotel. The owners have taken booking deposits for weddings knowing they were going to close, they have milked the hotel dry, not paid the staff and suppliers an...

Re: Motorbike tax

NEVER, NEVER, NEVER rely on the new owner of a vehicle to do the transfer. Always meet the prospective purchaser at a company that does transfers i.e. Axa insurance or a company that specialises in this, there are loads of them.
