If they were fired for the wrong reasons then sure go ahead with something, but if it was because they are bad workers in some way then you can hardly expect an employer to keep them on.

The thing is, there are many nationalities of foreigners in andalucia none of which seem to cause as much trouble as the brits - ofcourse there are probably more brits than other nationalities down here.
