Radio Fusion Inicia

Having experienced unlimited 70 meg internet in the UK , I decided to consolidate our products and go for Movistar bundle. Unsurprisingly Movistar haven't covered themselves in glory. I dare say this isnt the norm. Ordered the radio product 4 th August. Since then I have been through the initial pro...

Re: Road Trip

My good school friend often recounts his dad taking him on holiday to Spain in 1963. That was in an Austin A40. They called to see a relative first ( a nun in Belgium) . He remembers how many of the roads were gravel and specially going over the Pyrenees .

Re: Road Trip

Leisurely? Roughly 2000 km so 20 hours driving approx. What we find is it is hard to balance stops and sightseeing with covering ground. For example make a detour to take in an historic town and you have lost 200 km of journeying. You could visit the Don Quixote windmills ( detour off the Granada to...

Re: Coronavirus

Agree Wicksey ,you have got to have a life and I think you can do this by being careful. We went out for a meal on Friday night at a nice new restaurant in our local town. We didn't have a reservation and they said they were fully booked outside but we could sit inside if we didn't mind. Customers h...

Re: Coronavirus

99% of customers have known how to do it for at least 3 months! What a ridiculous comment. Newly empowered Hitlers, you must be joking. Their staff are the most friendly and helpful that I have come across in a Spanish supermarket. Sid 99%? Well I have only been back a month. There will be lots of ...

Nowhere in Mercadona is there a diagram explaining the new process for unloading your trolley. We watched today the newly empowered Hitlers on checkouts getting people to do the job correctly.

Re: What is your new normal?

I have been approached by them on a few occasions in Granada but the very first time was many years ago outside of the Alhambra in the days when very few tourists ventured as far as Granada, it was pay at the door days and queues didn't exist. There were two women both trying to sell me their sprig...

Re: Coronavirus

Interesting article on the Covid app on El Pais in English

Near somene with Covid for 15 minutes within two metres. Clever it knows within 2 metres. However 12 minutes surely would be enough time to catch it. I suppose you have to have thresholds.

Starlink ( in skies)

The Starlink train was quite visible last night just before ten p.m. For more info on times in your location have a look at https://findstarlink.com Just as a footnote it is interesting that Fylingdales is monitoring everything in Earth’s space bigger than an orange! There is a lot up there orbiting...
