She paid the first months rent, then said she was longer going to live there and moved out and handed the keys over to her 40 yr old unemployed son , she refused to terminate the contract saying my daughter had t...

Residencia and driving licence renewal

Do we need to renew our Residencia Certificate if we have the ¨con caracter pementente¨ one ? We have the A4 size green paper one. I thought we had to renew our Spanish driving licences every 5yrs, but looking at mine the expiry date 2022? Which would be 10yrs. I vaguely recall something about a med...

Re: spanish euro healthcard

I Take it that you are talking about the Blue European health card that is issued to a UK resident when traveling to other European Countries? I did not say it wont make ¨any¨ difference. When I had a TSE a few years ago it was only valid for three months. I understood at the time that they only iss...

Re: Moving to Sevilla

The Irish Bar is long gone........ you could try the Merchants Pub, that´s still there along with the Pheonix, one in Sevilla and one in Bormujos. I think you will find a lot of expats here - but may be not in a community as such . As Val said the http://www.awcseville.com/ is always a good starting...

Re: Has anyone actually lost their TV signal yet?

From a none Techy person! I have an HDMI cable for my BQ Edison which I can attach to my Samsung Smart TV or my none Smart Toshiba TV. I bought the cable from their web site. I probably use it more for the radio than TV as I get a better sound. But when hubby watches the TV he does so without proble...
