Axartel

Does anyone have internet and phone connection with Axartel? They are charging the same as Iberbanda but offer free European calls and I wanted to know how reliable their connection is in the campo.

When do schools start in September

Does anyone know when schools start in Sept. I know it's usually around the 15th but earlier this year they were talking about starting the 7th. I wonder if they've made up their minds yet...?

Re: DIY pool heating

I was quoted 1000 euros today for a solar cover with roller bit... and then someone else told me theirs only lasted 2 years. Maybe I'll just have to be braver about swimming in cold water...

DIY pool heating

Does anyone heat their pool with a home-made solar system eg metres of black piping? Does it really work? Any tips?

Thanks

Cheap calls to Uk from iberbanda landline

Hi can anyone recommend a cheap system for calling UK landlines from an Iberbanda landline. I know about skype but I don't yet have headphones and my internet connection is sometimes ropey. Thanks.

Parking at Granada airport

We are going away for 10 days, flying out from Granada airport. Does anyone know what the long-term car park situation there is or is there only the short-term one. Any idea of prices?

Not that happy about having my name published nor my son (he is 3 and hasn't eaten at Cantueso since Mr Scott took over). Many of Mr Scott's comments are factually incorrect and nor do I like having my private correspondence published without permission - I find it rather unprofessional. However, I ...
