Re: Easyjet

Actually have now re-booked with Easyjet for October again, this time Gatwick to Seville... However, would not be surprised, if somewhere down the line, I again get a cancellation email. As the Chinese say, "may you live in interesting times".... Seems they started the whole business ( re Trump ) a...

Re: Easyjet

Was reading today about all these extra flights Easyjet were putting on. However, I have had a flight to Jerez mid September cancelled. I was able to re-book early October, but again had an email yesterday saying again the flight was cancelled. Now it may be, that they are pulling flights to Jerez o...

Re: Travel to the UK

Other way around as it were...

I will be travelling to Spain. Again I take it, it should only be completed 48 hours before travel from UK to Spain ?

Re: Travel to the UK

Hope to travel to Spain in September ( if we are not all in lockdown again ).

Can I complete the form as soon as I book flights, or has it to be just before I leave ?

Re: Comments and queries re FAQ for Non-resident income tax

I take it, the 19% element is still good for the 2019 return ?

Re: Masks to be mandatory from next week in Andalucia

Anyway,

Perhaps it is time Van Morrison re-released "Who was that masked man"... ( probably not Donald Trump ! )

Re: Masks to be mandatory from next week in Andalucia

“ One of the biggest critics of mask is Donald Trump and has now started to wear one.” Sadly he is using the wrong sort, as his current one lets him breathe! Donald Trump did say recently that he does not mind wearing a mask, as he is of the opinion, it makes him look like the "Lone Ranger". I noti...

Re: Daily Express

Costs 70p weekdays. I have been buying it for a neighbour during these strange times. £1.10 Saturday ( she gets the Mail Sunday, £1.80 )

Of course, I get a proper newspaper, the Telegraph.

Re: Easyjet

Some people trying to get a refund will just end up giving in and opt for the voucher....knowing they are valid for 12 months will help sway them I still want a full refund, i am not taking any chances on Easyjet still being there when all of this is over so to me a voucher could turn out to be wor...

Re: 1966 WC Final

What was very noticeable was how much more enjoyable the game was without the shirt grabbing, pushing and shoving, rolling around with "injuries", and what a treat to see the respect the players had for their opponents and the referee. Parilla This arrived with the South American players, playing i...

Re: Bank Charges

Still no charge at Unicaja mid November. Hopefully this will continue... La Caixa have now started to moan about monies being paid into accounts over the counter, trying to steer people towards their "cash machines". Maybe in a few more years, they will be able to get rid of half the staff, and just...

Bank Charges

For years, I have being using a Caxton card for holiday spending money, usually using my own Spanish bank, La Caixa to make withdrawls. Back in May, there was no charge at the cash point, however, this October there was a charge of 2 euro. I bit the bullet and went ahead with the withdrawl. A few da...
