Not wishing to scaremonger, but make sure your luggage is well concealed. Heading west from Malaga there have been incidents of cars been followed from the airport and broken into whilst the owners stock up.

Have a lovely time!

Pena Flamenca

Haven't got me street map with me but.. You know where the tourist office is (by where the big hole in the road used to be, in 88). Head at 90 degrees inland (obviously) to the right hand (east) side of the tourist office. This is the road with Bar Simon in (great). At the end by the school turn rig...

Learning the lingo

Allthough we only visit for a few weeks several times a year, we are trying to learn the language, and I managed to get my GCSE last summer. Grade A, not bad for an old un. We found a good method whilst in spain was to watch the evening news on TVE. On the film reports they put a short precis in cap...

Capital gains tax on our property

There is a lot of conflicting advice on this. We own a small property. Originaly four people (two couples) bought it together (25% each). This was in 1986, before the capital gains tax threshold. (interesting word, threshold anyone know the derivation). In 95 my wifes share of the house was transfer...

Car Parking Malaga

The P3 option sounds good. Is there a limit on how long you can leave a car there?

Pena Flamenca in Estepona

If you like Flamenco music, try the club in Estepona. Brilliant.Went there last month. No charge, cheap drinks, great atmosphere.
