If you don't like the advice you're given then don't ask in the first place as I'm merely stating the obvious and next time make it clear that you are referencing another thread if you don't want to be misunderstood.

Personally, I find Tonys the best butcher although there is Colmena and a few others with a number of supermarkets in the v...

There are some people here in Marbella that have underground gas tanks. Wouldn't trust them myself but haven't heard of any incidents yet. Why wouldn't you trust them? You've hit the nail in the head there Kevin if given the amount of Spaniards located in the South East is anything to go by. So far I've met a Spanish vet, Spanish colleague and a Spanish plumber all over here so that they can earn decent salaries which are unobtainable in Spain - at least on the sa...

I don't know her but I had some dealings with her husband and whilst I wouldn't say he was a crook he clearly wasn't an estate agent dragging us round heaps of unsuitable properties and even admitting that he photoshopped power cables out of property details.

I am in the process of applying for a reformation licence for our pool but was told by the Ayunatamiento that all pools in our area are illegal and given that it doesn't appear on the escrtura, then this may be the case. I have been advised that it is possible to have the pool retrospectively added ...

As we all know, this process is never clear (as with most paper chases) and it really does come down to who you get and it what area you try to register the 4x4. If you follow the law then a 4x4 is classed as a commercial vehicle though some civil servants/mechanics may not be aware of this. good l...
