Re: Discrepancies with catastral

I am wondering if you are aware that all the property maps are available online and you will at least have the opportunity to look at all the info yourself.
Its ages since I looked up and if someone does not volunteer this info I am sure I will find the website again.

Re: greece

I do not consider myself informed on these matters but I am hoping will be done for Greece, spain, italy and the rest as if the eu is what I think it should be the pain should be spread and the banks take a hit as it may benefit all in the long term. If the whole thing is run by Angela and the banks...

Re: Agricultural advicer - do you know any?

I know a few people that are messing around but they would not ask them for advise as they are just "winging it" because I would not ask them for advise myself. I think your best bet is get an interpreter to ask some of the local farmers to ask them for advise as to what best, the Spanish ...

Re: Agricultural advicer - do you know any?

I wish you well with your new project, I would go with the other post who suggested a neighbor as unless you are applying for one of the many payment incentive you will have to pay and these planners at least in the UK will need to be paid. I have had a bad experience in the UK with a small project ...

My neighbour had a bad experience in the past but it was because they said he had breached a contract he had entered by way of a coldcall he would have to pay a penalty of 200€ + so I think your doing ok but be careful as they are effers

Re: greece

The Spanish election should prove interesting as if the democratic people of Spain vote in a similar fashion the bankers and Angela may have to take a bit of a hit.

Re: which wall to paint

I am not sure if this product is available in Spain but it can be bought from specialist suppliers in UK.
It is striped paint and looks great, a product from the US so even though I only seen photos it looks good.
Its available in a variety of colours and may suit your needs?

Re: holidays

By default I found an answer to my own question.
Arrived at Malaga to discover I had left my only credit card where it had being previously used (I think now cancelled)
Well it was a normal work day so everything was ok as I was going inland and needed public transport.

Re: Costa de la Luz- Inside info greatly appreciated.

I was sitting next to a lady from Chiclana on Monday on a flight, she told me there are very strict regs regarding planning as for example hotels are not allowed any more than three floors so property may be more expensive.
I do agree it is a lovely area and hopefully not be spoiled.

Re: Community Dispute - Loss of Views

I think what you need to do is get out your original purchase agreement which will set out community fees and all procedures to be fallowed in connection with same. There will be a chapter that covers this and if any deviation from this this would have to be agreed by the majority of the people that...
