I agree with the comments of too cluttered and busy - it feels like my head after a days work.
I can see what you are trying to achieve but as someone else said, it is not crisp in it's presentation. An initial thought is , for example your list of pages, ie, Accomodation - do people need to be told on the home page this is about hotels and guesthouses etc. it's not rocket science what you will get if you click the link, potentially overkill.
Those that know and use the site as a matter of course will stick with it and find the way around but IMO, a newcomer may think 'I can't be bothered'.
That aside, credit to you for asking for an opinion.

I've looked at the page again a bit more closely. Why do you have a row of five boxes at the top which are presumably your main links and then repeat them together with other links below? Would it not look simpler and cleaner if you use those boxes as your main links and have a drop down menu in each which pops out when the cursor travels over the link in the box and lists subsidiary topics that are more specific than the main link. A user could still navigate directly to the topic they were interested in with just one click but the visual impact of the page would be simplified and thus easier and quicker to read and use. If necessary you could have some extra boxes (but not too many) so all areas are covered.

Grouser - I completely agree and I really don't like the new pageGrouser wrote:The essence of good design for communication purposes can be defined with a couple of rules. Simplicity equals clarity. Form follows function.

i guess it is a bit to crowded yes looking from a design perspective, however, I think with all that text and links on the first page, it would be very good for the search engines which is the most important really these days. you are definatly using up a little better the space on the screen since most people have TFT now and set to minimum 1024x768 reso. Nice job, keep it up, you should change and add some new pictures though for andalucia, get something new and jazzy you may want to have a look to http://www.imigiz.com for great pictures on andalucia
