Done a search and couldnt find anything relevant apart from the commuting side of things.
Does anyone have any experience of working in the building trades in Gib, it seems there is more work over there, whats the job situation like for a joiner/carpenter over there, in demand or too many already ? Are the wages any good, as i noticed the property rentals are quite high.
I noticed whilst searching that a lot of the companies are nhbc registered so im assuming they follow same standards as back in UK, correct me if im wrong.
Thanks for your time.
And is Duquesa really 20 mins away
construction jobs in gibraltar ?

Hi andymc-My hubby works as a scaffolder in Gib-the company he works for also has a building side(which is very busy)
I will wait for him to come home tonight, and get back to you with a list of firms names and tel numbers, and approx wage amounts.
and yes-duquesa is about 20 mins from Gib-quite a pleasant drive-nice sea views, and a not too busy motorway.will get back to you later.
