Removal firm recommendation

A good friend of mine is Moving from La Linea Area upto Alicante.
She has asked me if i would post this question on here on her behalf.
She is getting a quote from Coopers removal firm on Monday and just wondered if anyone else can recommend another removal company for a quote...
Does Big Col do removals from spain to other parts of spain,or is he just Spain to UK and vice versa?
