nerja sunday supermarket opening times

Friends are arriving at Malaga about 11.30 am on a Sunday 4th July, can anyone advise if there are any supermarkets open in Nerja on a Sunday so they can pick up some provisions to tied them over until Monday. thanks Ali

I feel, but don't know 100% that Supersol open Sunday mornings July, August and September.
I also feel but don't know 100% that this may only apply to the small one in Nerja and not the large one.
Last year this was the case with the one on Torrox Costa. Busy though !

I'm sure that Lyric is right & Supersol is open on Sunday mornings during the summer. This is the small Supersol by the Sports Stadium, Capistrano.

Hi thanks for the replies can you confirm which side of the junction it is from the motorway turn off at Torrox is it left or right, I think its left turning back towards Malaga, is that correct? also when you say they are open in the morning do you think they close around 2pm or would it be earlier do you think? ali

There is one in Nerja where littleeak says it is, the one in Torrox Costa is right from the Autovia (signed Torrox Costa) right at the next roundabout (first exit) and again right at the next roundabout(there is a slip exit) then Supersol is about 500 meters also on the right.

The petrol stations will be open, so they wil be able to get enough supplies from one of them to see them over, they sell all sorts theses days !

That's true, but also at a price, surely better to use a supermarket if open, even if it is the expensive (in my view) supersol.
