I also find that amazing and would be interested to know more. If you are a British citizen you have a right of abode in the UK. I cannot see how any Judge could overule an Act of Parliament.

Whats the name of the police station in Cordoba where I can get my residencia renewed. Then I will google it.

Went to Cordoba today to renew Residencia and was told to return Monday at 8.30,doh.

System for residencia has changed now in Cordoba. You must be at the Police Station at 8.30. There you will be given a number. Doors open about 9.You now can sit inside whilst you are processed.
After giving in completed form,and passport and old residencia card (not returned) you go to the bank, pay 10 euro and return to the office , when you are given your new residencia paper. When given number you are divided into countries and those from UK,France,Germany etc,seem to be dealt with first.
