Has the autologin been disabled ? suddenly I find I have to log in every time I visit. Yes the box gets ticked.
Everywhere else I wander automatically logs me in as normal.

Also I've noticed that when I've read a post it still shows as unread even if I click the "mark topics read"

I've fixed mine.
If you are using a bookmark, you need to edit it to the "new posts" link or "new topics" link, AFTER you have logged in. This included the session code extension, although, this may expire after a while.

Yes, that works but only for so long.

It's probably caused by the modifications they are making to the system.

I have been in touch with the tech guys about it but when I solved it (or thought I had) I told them it was a corrupt URL on my PC.

I will get back to them this morning.

This happens to me too, since yesterday - but not only on Andalucia.com. It affects my log in on another forum I look at too!! Very annoying. I am so used to remaining logged in, it took me a while to remember the passwords.

I'm just glad it is not my computer, I am not very tech minded, so I will wait for it to sort itself out rather than maybe kill my poor old and ailing laptop.

Assuming you are using a bookmark to sign in, then you need to refresh that bookmark.

Go through the process of signing in to whatever page you normally start with - I use "read new posts". Then same the bookmark again and use that. Alternatively copy the URL that is displayed and right click on the old bookmark and edit it by pasting in the correct URL that you have just saved.

It's a real pain and I don't know how long that will work.

It probably won't be sorted over the weekend as the office is closed.

Here I have to login each time and when I look at a post, it doesn't seem to register and it still shows as unread.
