Is there a site that tells you the 14 day totals per 100k? so you can work out if your area is near to lockdown figures

Choose your province at paragraph 3 and then your town is listed in alphabetical order

This time around I can leave my municipality but the places I want to go to are shut. Not sure how they'll police this as it's quite complicated now.

Anybody got any idea how oftentimes will be reviewed?

So say my area goes to 600 tomorrow will I be shut straight away or only from following weekend? Or the opposite if I am 600 now and the numbers drop (as the 14 days pass since 10 people got a positive) are we let out straight away or do we have to wait ?

Although the new restrictions don't come into force until immediately after midnight tonight, checks already seem to be taking place. We have come back from Nerja to Vélez this afternoon by bus, and at the roundabout just coming into the Algarrobo municipality there was a Guardia Civil checkpoint. They waved the bus down, a GC got on and walked down the bus, told one woman to put her mask on properly and got off again. Algarrobo is, of course, one of the municipalities confined from tonight.

not over clear is it !
These restrictions will come into place at 12.01am on Sunday 17 January.
12.00 is Midday 12.01PM is one minute past midday. 12.00 is also midnight 12.01 AM is one minute past midnight therefore 00.01 on the 17th.
I do not understand why some Spaniards try to use a twelve hour clock, just had an hospital appointment for 7.55 now is that stupid early or stupid late ?

Reading a sur article re the boja thats just been released it says its implemented until feb 1st but that moreno expects reviews daily interms of if towns go over the 500 in100 k rule. An article yesterday said the towns in lockdown would be for 20 days

Does the local ayuntamiento publish on line the restrictions and news for their municipality?

The Mayor can issue a Bando Municipal but they have limited power, and can't restrict movement. So in this respect what the Mayor says has no legal standing. All she can do is relay from above and even then we can ignore it because it is not Juanma Moreno directly

It has to come from Sevilla, so the Mayor can tell you but the only way it becomes law is a BOJA or BoE.

My town halls both have Facebook pages but all they do is tell us the new restrictions from above their head and Facebook has no legal standing.

I read the BoJA and yep it says exactly that...Good until Feb 1st,

My town is so close to going over the next threshold that if someone sneezes we are screwed. Luckily the numbers were not updated today, and I can't imagine tomorrow either...Covid is not contagious on the weekends it appears.

I can see people being discouraged from getting tested to not push up numbers ...especially in small villages were 1 covid case would push them over the 500 mark.

Ok thanks for the info..It's the small villages in which i was interested, how will they get the information specific to their village if like you say 1 covid case pushing them over the 500 mark?

This is the official figures. I posted in a reply above

https://www.juntadeandalucia.es/institu ... Node=42348

Then look at Granada ... Carataunas. 1 case in the whole village = 515 incidencia

If in doubt about what I said you can cross reference today's BOJA of closed villages with the figures on this link. All areas over 500 are on the Boja.

A very interesting link, thank you . I noticed that the village where OTH was born was not listed, the population estimated census is 764.

His town might be part of a different Ayuntamiento. Not every town/village has it's own mayor. For example Maro is part of Nerja. The figures are calculated by Ayuntamiento. You can use mapacovid.es to see which Ayuntamiento the village is part of

Thanks PP.. The village has always had it's own mayor and also has an impressive Ayuntamiento which was rebuilt 10 yrs ago, a large fancy building if there was one and all for less than 1,000 people.

It has to be on the website because this is the official data for the BOJA
maybe it has merged with another town hall or you are not looking in the correct health district. With a population of 764 then 4 positives sends it over the 500 mark and the town perimeter is closed

Which town are you referring to PP? The village i am looking for is Diezma, it isn't there and i have looked in the correct health district, or i think i have..so maybe they have merged with another town hall.
