Mr.Lad.....
Bulk.com should take you into the site, it's also in most languages, they have many different products.

The prices are cheaper than Lidl etc., watch for offers and you need to order over 60 euros to get free carriage.
The quality seems good for the products I've tried.

Saludos,
Gordon...

Irene I take 1000 iu a day of vit D which has brought my levels up to a reasonable level. I would recommend a blood test to check levels before embarking on a high dose of it. I take K as well but not every day, and I take the magnesium about three times a week. I know you need the right balance to get the best from these supplements, but it does do my head in after a while. A friend recommended collagen so I am now trying that as well! I am hoping it will help heal my ruptured disc and nerve damage in my leg, but I'm not sure how well it converts into collagen in the body. Like you I cannot take any medication without side effects, the reason I am avoiding the jab. My OH will be having the Janssen tomorrow so hope he'll be OK.

Yes, I really should get a D test and if I need supplements, take a low dose. I hope your OH will be OK after the jab.

So far he is just tired. Hopefully it will be nothing more than that.

He felt awful yesterday, full of aches and pains, headache, bit of a cough and very tired. He slept all afternoon. Today much improved, I am glad to report.

Thanks everyone for your input...

I've checked out the various suppliers advised by members, they all seem ok and probably quicker than ordering from 'Bulk', however the prices are higher than Bulk, so I will plan ahead and make sure that I order long before I run out...

With regards to the jab effects, I felt really rough for nearly 3 weeks after the second jab, my wife was fine, but I'm ok now....

So we popped into Iceland in fuengerola yesterday, and they have some of their supplements back in stock.

Omega 3 / cod liver oil was 90 softgels for €3.50
Alhaurin el Grande since 99, working at the airport since 2011.

SL,
That's not a bad price for the omega 3, however for me to go to Fuengerola it would cost me about 30 euros in petrol and about 300 euros for my wife's little shop when she buys tonnes of stuff that she doesn't really need like cakes and biscuits and chocolate and marmite etc..

Has anyone else ordered from my latest supplier ..Bulk ...?

I notice the prices fluctuate with different offers, I paid about 6.60 euros for 270 capsules which I thought was quite good and I notice other companies on UK tv now selling them at good prices, but not viable after paying taxes etc for delivery to Spain....
