Exterior render

Postby vix2000 » Fri Sep 24, 2021 8:08 pm

I have read somewhere on here that there is something used for the modern smooth render that is white and doesn't need painting, but I can't find the original thread I saw. Can anyone advise me, and maybe suggest pros/cons or alternatives please? Thanks

I would suggest you ask in builders provider if they stock white sand, white cement and lime in 25 kg bags.
This is what would be used in UK but i do not know if available in Spain. Go to build provider not the likes of Leroy.
I think the prepared stuff be pretty expensive....

If you just need a thin coat then Capa Fina might be what you are looking for?
Do a search for Capa Fina on this forum. There are a few threads about it.
I doubt if there is anything that doesn't need painting/ washing/ scrubbing eventually to keep it looking white.
Cheers
