Travel to Uk - Luton airport

Has anyone flown into Luton airport recently, please? We are flying there in November and I'm trying to find out if there is a general taxi rank (like at Malaga) where it's possible to take the first available cab. Has anyone had any recent experience of this - we don't want to have to walk too far from the Terminal with our cases and would like to pick up a taxi really close to Arrivals. We don't want to order a taxi, but just get one on arrival. Can anyone help, please, and tell us if there is a rank near to Arrivals? Thank you.

Taxi rank right outside terminal. Depending where you are heading another option is the bus from outside terminal and a 5 minute ride (£3) to the train station. Much cheaper than a cab.
