Apart from the obvious literal translation I can only suggest a free translation of 'Prevention of Accidents in the Workplace'
I'm sure someone will come up with a more precise translation.
Responses to questions of this kind usually lead to an all-out slanging match between the usual protagonists so hold on to your hat!!

As probably one of the protaganists you refer to Beach, I'll have to disappoint you and agree with you. Sounds good to me! There are a few alternatives here, http://forum.wordreference.com/showthread.php?t=22107Beachcomber wrote:Apart from the obvious literal translation I can only suggest a free translation of 'Prevention of Accidents in the Workplace'

Occupational Risk Prevention sounds ok.

Thanks, Frank.
A little more research has revealed this web page which has an English translation:
http://es.osha.eu.int/good_practice
The Spanish page has a heading:
'Guía para la gestión de la prevención de riesgos laborales en el Comercio'
Click on the arrow next to 'Español', select English and about halfway down you will see their translation:
Trade. Prevention of risks at work
I don't think it's as good as mine though. It's a bit like when someone goes on and on in one language for about five minutes and the translation is 'No'

Indeed, it would be for security in construction works...
Still, I must say that 'Prevencion de Riesgos Laborales' is in Spanish a new term, only there for a few years. But ever since it appeared, you hear it over and over you have got companies that deal with it and even university studies... so it seems that everyone likes this new term a lot....
