Long term rentals

I want to rent out my house long term and was wondering whether anyone knows of any good places to advertise on the internet or elsewhere. The house is inland near Lake Vinuela.

We will be looking for somewhere to rent in about a year's time - too far away? We will want it for a year.

What does the property have by way of rooms and how much are you wanting for rent?
