BA, Iberia, Ryanair, Condor etc etc..

Mostly internal flights. Haven't seen any to/from the UK.

Likewise Katy. I can find no details of Cadiz being used.

Jerez - Stansted is the only one I can see with Shoiteair for €44 return + taxes. Regarding the rest ... this for October ...

London Heathrow Iberia £153
London City Iberia £205
Glasgow International Iberia £238
Edinburgh British Airways £320
Aberdeen Iberia £345
Birmingham Iberia £432
Liverpool Iberia £479
Leeds Bradford Iberia £625
London Gatwick Luxair, Iberia £1,128
East Midlands Iberia £1,943

Yes they do but via Madrid. The only direct flight from Jerez to UK is to Stansted with Ryanair.

I seem to remember reading recently that ryanair had stopped jerez-uk flights, or will be doing so

I read somewhere that Ryanair were stopping using Jerez for the winter and would re-start next spring.

They do that every winter and restart in March. It´s only a summer flight.

Nothing whatsoever to do with Jerez or Cadiz, but I can't be bothered to start a new thread when the title of this one is adequate - I just booked a return flight with Ryanscare, Malaga - Pisa for a couple of nights next month, 20 euros return all included (no baggage of course, but for two nights....)

Anyone got any tips on how to survive in Italy for 48 hours without taking out a small mortgage?

 Looks like you just got in in time. The flight seems to have been cancelled for November onwards. I think their Seville to Fez or Marrakesh offer for 10 pounds return (incl. taxes but not the admin fee) is good and they are cheaper cities to stay in.

I fancied them too, but baulked at paying more to get from Malaga to Sevilla than from Europe to Africa!

Just booked another - 34 euros return (all in) Malaga - Maastricht for December - will stay in nearby Aachen (Germany) which conveniently has a city centre Ibis (57 euros per night) and a lovely Christmas market. Glühwein and bratwurst - can't wait!
