Full marks to Ryanair for a change...

Postby rafiki » Tue Jul 25, 2017 6:22 pm

I received notification today of a schedule change to a return flight in October. The change was more than one hour so I was entitled to change the flight FOC if I wished.

As it happened we had been thinking of changing our return date but were put off by the inevitably high cost so we forgot about it until now. I decided to try the Ryanair live chat. It was a pleasure to use. I contacted them twice, once to verify I was eligible to change the flight and later to confirm details. Both times I was connected with an agent quickly, they were polite and dealt with me quickly. My new itinerary was emailed immediately. I was very pleasantly surprised.

You probably won't get many responses to this - it's far too positive about Ryanair.
But I will say that I have never had a problem when flying with Ryanair. I have always put that down to the fact that I was careful enough to check what I was getting and the total, price I was being asked to pay.

I am with you on this, recently flew Ryanair back to U.K then again to Ireland, hassle free flights and felt I got what I paid for, both flights landed and departed on time.

Me too, we have never had any issues with Ryanair.

The only airline we have had problems with has been Monarch! But that's another story...............

Another satisfied customer.
They are my first choice airline.
Never, as yet, had a problem with them.
Cheers

Hi All

We haved used Ryanair around twenty times a year for the past twenty years, and other than the very rare exception, have found them excellent in every respect - ok, you only get what you pay for, but when the occasional problem has arisen, they have been first class in dealing with the issue.......
