We book priority as we want to get our bags on board so have a seat number, but as we never have the phone on we wouldn't get a call. My OH hasn't had the phone on all the time he's been in the UK as there's no signal at his dad's house anyway.

The day 2 LFT is a joke as he was supposed to upload a photo of the test back to laboratory that sent it out. He did do the test but not having internet he couldn't upload it. Now he has a reference number, you do wonder if you could re-use it. I've heard of people just making one up anyway. It is all becoming a bad joke now.

Some people just use the same reference number they used on their previous trip, it's a complete money rip off and the gov are milking it for as long as they can in tax revenue. If it was that important and crucial to be tested after travelling then people would not be let out the house until they could return a test result..As it is they have 2 nights and 2 days to roam anywhere before they have to send in a test..

Not sent any of ours back, June and August. In Antigua now tests ordered only need code won’t do anything. Farce at Antigua, needed everything printed, vaccinations, 48 hour test result etc. Temp check all before immigration control.
