We went for a drive today and called into a village called Soportujar. It is famous for witches. Quirky little village but was absolutely mobbed with tourists. If anyone has their grandchildren visiting it would be a good place to visit.

I went there a few days ago. Coincedence! Had read that its normally rammed on a weekend so went thursday.It was abit busier when we left around 1ish though .I had only head of it via a flyer from a travel agent. Its really good how they have created all the little monuments a great idea to get the tourists in. We then went into lanjaron and had a lovely lunch and stroll around the town and castle

I have never been there but just now saw pictures of the place and it looks like a shooting spot. It seems to be an incredible destination and perfect for a family outing. I'll add it to my wish list.

Avoid the weekend because very difficult to park. Well worth a visit though.
