Teba - Douglas Days

Just a heads up if you weren’t aware.

Background info here. https://www.andalucia.com/province/malaga/teba/home.htm

If you do a search on Douglas Days you will find out what is on each day ( tonight) , Saturday and Sunday 28th August.

The castle is well worth a visit. Parking for only about seven cars near the castle. If you are fit, walk up. The last 100 feet are “ take care” on loose surface. The views are magnificent and there were dozens of migrating raptors. Entry to the castle is free and there are four floors with displays in Spanish and English. For two euros you can have access to the lower floor and a short film in Spanish about the castle’s history.

If you have time, Castillo de Canete la Real nearby is worth a visit too. Open Saturday and Sunday.
