Seville in Jacaranda time

Seville in Jacaranda time

Spent the day in Seville having lunch with family. All the Jacaranda trees are out in full, beautiful, deep purple flowers.
Stop what you are all doing, cancel tomorrow and go to Seville. You won't regret it.

We saw them on the 28th when it was about 38C, so hot! Beautiful sight.

We then headed up to Extramadura for Badajpz, Coria and Zarza de Granadilla. The wild lavender is a great sight as was the greeness!

Extremadura is beautiful right now because the tremendous Autumn rains have given us amazing wild flowers this Spring but everything is drying up fast.
