Specifically, Has anyone done a meet ex UK on Ryanair on Sunday morning. How long did the process take.
I am to meet somebody next Sunday LPL - AGP next Sunday, the flight historically operates on time. I would like to know how long to allow for Airport procedures.
She says she is travelling light so just 20 kg then.

It could be 10 minutes or an hour depending on passport control. I would park up in San Julian, have a coffee and drive up to the airport once she is through. Ask your guest to walk up to the short stay and then no parking fees as that is free.

There was a free drop off zone outside of departures however that is not allowed now. As you approach departures upstairs you now have to take a ticket and park in the Express car park, the first 15mins is free.

As Pamela said. If you come off at Leroy Merlin you are on the elevated level which takes you straight to the 15 minute free zone.

I think the free 10 min parking is called Express as described by Pamela. The short stay is the next car park along (not free but pretty cheap if you want to park for 20 mins or so).

Its very cheap if you over stay but you need a card to pay at exit barrier
