Very interesting.Sadly I don't think anyone we know will benefit from this.€21000 doesn't seem particularly high.
However, if it helps those with low incomes,I applaud it.
It would be quite good though if they increased the personal allowance

Allowing Brits to stay flexible 180/365 instead of rigid 90/180 would benefit both parties immensely. Also they have effectively ended the wealth tax which benefits the better off

It would but the Spanish cant do that as they are part of Schengen. The uk were never in Schengen hence why Spaniards can come to the UK for 180 in one trip.
