Institute of advanced motorists - Spanish equivalent?

Do you have a query on how to get things done in Andalucia, where to find things, who to call? Find out by posting and hear about others experiences.

I don't care what they say, I think the Spanish motorists are pretty good compared to the maniacs over here. I sometimes confuse them by flashing (my lights that is  ) to let them in at a busy junction.

daneinspain: the problem is that there would only be one or two people in the whole country who might qualify.........it is still too much "think donkey, drive mercedes" here! Even the Policia Local in Benamargosa was cheerfully gassing on a mobile while he drove one-handed down a no entry........

Sounds about right - he rarely looks in his mirrors, completely ignores the possibility of oncoming traffic, is not programmed to concentrate for more than about an hour and a half, talks on a 'phone' whilst driving (although it is hands-free!), does not signal and drives like a bat out of hell!

No he's not - he's just a fast motorist - like most of the idiots on the road.

I bet he can't handle a roundabout and they certainly don't have T junctions in Formula One :D
