Screw fix - Did try a test run of deliveries to C.D.S. about 3 years ago but when I tried a second order - they had canceled the service.
The reason they gave was that the delivery service was not trust worthy (their words) because too many items went missing.

Delivery over here is a nightmare at the best of times. So its unlikely that any supply company will offer a service like that in the uk for mail order.

If anyone does know diferent - i would certainly use it

Tools

Hi

I noticed a few posts about tools and that someone mentioned premier-tools.com.

I just wanted to say that I have used premier-tools also and have found them to be very helpful, we bought leather cleaner from them for our car and my husband has also bought a few Draper tools from them to do the odd bits of DIY around the house - although that is something to be desired!

We drove to Coin to see them at their warehouse and all the boys there are really nice. :)

Hi

Premier Tools produce a magazine of Draper, Laser and their own brand, Premier Tools, each year.

They supply Draper tools in Spain from Gardening, Construction, Air Power, Electrical, Classic car and much more.

Well, IMHO Axminster is the prime tool supplier in the UK. They say they'll
deliver abroad, but I've never tried that.
Here's what their T's & C's say:

Orders to be delivered overseas will not display a carriage charge when placing an order online. When we receive the order it will go on hold, a delivery cost will be worked out and we will then contact you with the total cost and ask if you wish to go ahead with the order.

You might find it's just too much like hard work to go through this. I doubt
that they'd deliver the big stuff to spain, though
